What is a Pre-Order?
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock or has not yet been released. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that fulfillment will occur only once the product becomes available.

Payment Terms
Depending on the product, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout. Your payment method will be securely stored, and any remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged once your order is ready for fulfillment.

Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders

• Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items will not be shipped until all items in the order are available.
  
  
• Orders containing multiple pre-order items with different release dates will be shipped only after the final (latest) release date in that order.
  
  Example: If one item releases on November 7th, 2025, and three others release on November 14th, 2025, the full order will ship after November 14th, 2025.
  
  
• To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders

• You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and has not entered the packing or shipping process.
  
  
• Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been packed for shipment, it is considered finalized and cannot be canceled.
  
  
• If your pre-order was fully paid and fulfilled, cancellations or refunds are no longer available unless otherwise covered under our Returns Policy.
